Firefly’s Staffing Program allows fans to work at the Woodlands and have the opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes.

FanStaff Exchange Program:

Work and play at Firefly 2019 - FanStaff members receive a discounted pass to the festival as well as free staff camping in exchange for working at the festival for an hourly rate.

  1. Upon acceptance to the program, you’ll be invited to purchase your FanStaff Weekend Pass for $299 plus applicable fees. FanStaff Pass is equivalent to a Weekend GA Pass.
  2. Free Staff Camping is available to FanStaff members Thursday - Monday, tent camping only.
  3. Complete all assigned shifts at the festival (approximately 20 hours). This is an average, as some program members will work a little more and some will work a little less (depends on shifts and positions).
  4. Receive a refund of $159, making your ticket price only $140
  5. Receive a paycheck after the festival for all hours worked and documented during the event

** Only attendees who have purchased a FanStaff ticket will receive a pass for FanStaff camping. All campers must be wearing a FanStaff wristband and display a camping pass on their car.
